Upholstery Cleaning
Our upholstery cleaning service uses the same low water cleaning method that we’ve been using on carpets since 1977. Our Hot Carbonating Extraction process is powerful enough to clean the deepest stains, yet gentle enough that it won’t damage your furniture. Pet Urine Removal

Hardwood Floor Cleaning
he Chem-Dry Wood Floor Cleaning Process is designed for solid hardwood, engineered wood floors, and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) type flooring. Our process uses a proprietary core cleaner to remove dirt, grime, and allergens, such as pet dander and dust mite matter.
Counter-rotating brushes penetrate the grain of the wood for a deeper clean while using minimal water to protect the floor from damage. Then, a powerful vacuum extracts the moisture along with the dirt and grime, leaving behind sparkling clean floors. We finish the process with an application of wood floor polish to highlight the beauty of the wood grain and add a layer of protection until the next cleaning is needed.

What makes Hot Carbonating Extraction different from other methods, like steam cleaning? Instead of soaking your carpets with gallons of water as a steam cleaner does, our HCE process employs millions of microscopic bubbles that reach deep into carpet fibers and explode the dirt within.
Particles of dirt and grime are then whisked away by our powerful extraction equipment. On average, we use about 80% less water than traditional steam cleaning. This also means that your carpets will dry in hours, not days, lessening the risk of mold and mildew growth due to prolonged wetness.
